See what he does. The company announces they're permitting for a winter road, kevin knows this, but repeatedly asks where the permitting is. He has to be well into double figures with this question.

Why does he do that? To give the impression to the casual reader it's delayed or taking longer than it should because they're more likely to see his repeated misinformation than the facts where they stand.

PMET were still permitting in November 2022, and it was noted by PMET as

is in the final stages of construction of a winter road (approximately 20 km in length) On January 23, 2023

Note again, PMET states the road is approximately 20 km in length, kevin knows this he's been told repeatedly but he repeatedly and continually shortens the length of the road to 15km while extending the length of Winsome's road. Why does he do that? Again, misinformation for the casual reader, they're more likely to see ongoing misinformation that when it's occasionally corrected.

But the good thing is he keeps committing this stuff to record, making his intent clear under the corporations act.
