I think that is a fair call, proc. Worth remembering that right next to Adina, also sitting on the edge of the greenstone there is a property in which an outfit called Rio Tinto has an interest. Rio is already deep, deep into Quebec for aluminium, running a number of mines and smelters and a refinery, all benefitting from cheap clean hydro power. My guess is that Rio will have some sway in whether the extension to Route 167 goes fast or slow.
