Another thing to consider with this approach is utilisation % of said lab.
Training staff will take ~ 3 months. You need to have a constant flow of work to retain staff and not burn cash. All well and good during busy periods for WR1, but what about the down-time? Do you start to bring on other companies? If so - then you're starting to expand your lab business and... you can see where i am going with this..
I am still hopeful issues get rectified - we will see i guess.
