Hi All,

This is an interesting play and recent trading resembles very much the same as what happened to WA1 before it reversed and went to all time highs.

I like the current entry points available here based on the following for a longer term hold:

• Li market has very negative sentiment currently (looking at the longer horizon out to 2030 we are in a short term slump but will recover based on the supply deficit forecasts)
• Shorts are allowing lower entry / average down opportunities (WR1 still less than 1% short currently...noting that 5 Li stocks in the top 10 shorted stocks on ASX and PLS No 1)
• MRE timing early next year should coincide with a better general market
• Cash in bank thanks to very well executed raise at $2 per share
• Possibility of a takeover by a larger player once resource is firmed up to 50+
• Tier one mining jurisdiction (Yes I understand that the govt needs to accelerate approval / permitting timeframes)
