Interesting that I don’t see you asking the same of IR1, which you seem to like so much. Since your last past on the IR1 threads (09 Oct 23), they’re down ~17% while WR1 is up 2%.
So, if IR1 is undervalued, why no bidders for IR1 at current bargain basement prices now?
