The oldest trick in the playbook is to release a positive price sensitive announcement prior to the AGM which is what I am expecting. That way management are seen in a more favourable light and shareholders more than likely pass all resolutions put forward by them, especially the remuneration resolutions.

Generally you will see news released after an AGM actually - you're better off releasing good news after the AGM so you can get granted lower exercise price options actually.
