those who thinks Gina and MIN wants to pay premium to these assets; must be dreaming.. they are looking for a bargain and working towards their own interests and removes any takeover probability, control all communication and directions by taking a board seat and then let the share price die (end game imo) before take full control. DELTA is a classic example, Flanno got booted out
IMO - I'm sure our Chris is well aware of this and wants to make sure his performance rights etc are well sorted before the next big announcement which will attract some genuine interests in WR1.. In other words, I don't think he will announce any material announcement before AGM.. my wild speculation and IMO only...
