It is incredible how little the people who invest in businesses know about conducting business.
Seminar presentations are a show piece to keep your name/face in front of the people who need to see your name/face and little else.
The real benefit and business happens at the lunches, dinners and other meetings away from the seminar. So you have to be there and stand on stage and BS a bit to be available to conduct the important part of the seminar business.
As they leave each meeting there will be a shake of hands and a "See you at the **** seminar in **** in 3 months, I should have some more news on that topic by then"
It is incredible how little the people who invest in businesses...
