Funny you say that. A while back (and wish I'd listened to this more closely) a friend who attended the Noosa Mining conference said that while WR1 was on a great deposit, the market knew they were explorers. not developers. So this is why there was a large disconnect (at the time back then, even larger now ffs) in valuations between WR1 and other peers. As the market was expecting buy-out vs. completion of the project.
This is in part why I'm so keyed in on the Broker Data at times, interested to see if MCQ still buying / someone sniffing around.
