Q1 ends 31 March.
They would've hit the 38km mark CE said was required for the MRE by mid-November.
So that would leave about four months for the assays to come through, with half a month to finalise the MRE.
Even with SGS experiencing delays (and even if the new lab experienced similar delays) I don't think it's reasonable or realistic to say the Q1 target for the MRE will (or can) be missed, short some catastrophic event like nuclear war or goose insurgency in James Bay.
