You're set up for failure if you keep arguing with market. Sigma's rumored to get acquired at billions and that's why there's so much interests in LRS. Same as how WA projects are trading at a premium. Market pays a premium for a reason. Until PMET gets acquired by a major, Canadian projects will be trading at significant discount.
