Thanks stevenjd for your ongoing input. Your anecdotes, sayings, stories, poems etc. get the message across. In my opinion your posts are amongst the most important on here. You continually emphasise the importance of psychology. And as you well know it is THE most important factor in investing. Acknowledging the reptilian part of our brain and being able to ignore the outside "noise" is a skill. An underestimated skill which only develops over a long period of time filled with experience and the pain of many past wrong decisions.
As Warren Buffet says " Trading is 90% Mindset and 10% Skill."
