I can see what you man but I think a zoomed out chart like that is slightly deceptive.
Generally capitulation evens see a drop of 30-40%.

When we dropped from $2 to $1.26 that was a 37% drop

The double top was it at the 112 mark a few weeks ago. The low today (72.5%) is already 35% from there.
For me the large last candle for me is more an indication that the final push is taking place. When the fear has really taken hold.

Not saying we won't see lower. But to me looking at the chart even during the drop from $2 to $1.26 we never really got this far extended from the green ema. Once the bottom is in it generally heads back to the white ema which is around that $1.10 mark
