You do understand that when you complain 10 times a day, every day that you have your red days, after the first few complaints people realise you have your reds on and stop listening right?

After a while you recognise the red days and realise nothing they complain about is really worth listening to as it is constant and you've already heard it all. Over and over again.
Everything is wrong, and the reason behind everything that is wrong is whatever comes to their emotional mind at the time.

When they throw that many darts they may eventually hit the board. This doesn't mean they were in any way correct or coherent at the time. It is just one small snippet of that particular red day rant and if even heard, usually means nothing.
Unfortunately, it is almost assured that this one lone misguided dart would and should ignored along with the rest of their BS for the sanity of both parties.

You complained incessantly about management and announcements. That's what you did.
