Who cares if they are not producing in 2027. That is obvious. If anyone thinks otherwise they have no idea and are just dreaming over a quick 10 bag return.
2028/2029 - It is what it is. Obviously the met testing, permitting and all that takes a few years. Construction takes a while. Also do not know the full extent of the lithium demand and supply matrix.
The reality is WR1 has a decent length journey ahead. You either get your tickets and have patience or move to the next hype area/stock.
