A few observations from my side.
At these low SC6% prices I wonder if there would be many projects that would meet the 15% hurdle. WR1 just about did with you being conservative on the grading assumptions.
On Grade: The recent infill results released will increase the 1.12% grade from the MRE. Also the mine would start with the best and nearest to surface ore which would be closer to DTAB's 1.6%. Not sure how many years of mining this would sustain but by that time should be after 2028 and lithium prices should have recovered a bit by then, otherwise no new projects would have come online.
I am sure that many DFS reports that come out will have a price for SC6% of at least US$1500 as a long term assumption. That would make WR1 a viable project.
