Ask yourself this. Why is it that AZS even before publishing their MRE already has an offer with tier exit price now $3.60+ ?

Their holders now have zero CR risks, execution risks, endless lithium market price volatility risks, and future funding and production risks - unlike what LTR holders will be facing for their early production years now and with their debt load i would say they are in a precarious position imho.

That risk has all been shifted to SQM and yet AZS holders are paid handsomely , like RIGHT NOW here's your money TODAY, not maybe, not ifs, no buts.

So what is management actually doing now? Adina is the deposit, it has an MRE and soon to be upgraded , as some say to 100mt? Is WR1 really capable of bringing this thing into production 5 yrs or 10 yrs down the track? As we have seen, price cycle risks are real and profound, IGO, CXO, SYA are in cut backs or Care and Maintenance with mining stopped or reduced.

PLS faced the same issue last downturn and they barely survived it then - but now they have a strong balance sheet after years of operation bringing down their cost of production to now be able to withstand these price risks.

That is why the big end of town like ALB, SQM, Tianqi wants to buy assets as they have the balance sheet to be able to withstand the risk and bring things into operation when the time is right be it 5 or 10 yrs later it doesn't matter to them.

What exactly is the goal here to keep spending the cash instead of seeking a sale ?
