The answer is that AZS management were shrewd and knew they weren't miners but explorers and Tony Riveria has said it himself that Andover was probably too big for a minnow explorer - so SQM heard that and put forth an offer. As simple as that.
Wr1 has found the deposit but wants to pretend to be miners? Want to drag this out for what exactly? Have a think about it.
If WR1 went to seek an EOI right now for Adina - would there be offers? That would be interesting to know.
