Well think about C1X, its trading at 4.7c for 53m shares = 2.5m mc.
Its a shell. Now, think about how that registry has been changed. Some still hold, some ran for the hills, and others simply accumulated the discounts.
Now ask , what if there is a market correction, ?? What is going to drive sellers out in force when the stock has already been through the wringer. ???
I make the point on C1X as an extreme. Its already been skinned alive.
Now think about WR1, registry shift. from IPO it took a chance that it could make a discovery, and one of but a few that did.
And as we know, its registry has also taken some turnover. Those who bet on IPO are still in the green. Some have taken profit, some have exited, some are still holding. But with that de-risked Adina come 100mt, with cash to do so. Is a prize to be presented to the kings table. And the registry has already been turned over to a degree to represent those invested in the path ahead.
That is a different path to the IPO. That risk was all about whether or not it could make a discovery. It has.
Now the path ahead, represents new registry holders who have a de-risked asset, to either takeover or develop valuations, train tracks ahead of us. So how many of those on the de-risked train tracks, are going to run for the hills in a general market correction, having just replaced the IPO holders, and all the others who took losses from higher entries ? When a market correction deflates sectors that are still bullish. One could argue that the re-balance of deponents has already taken occupation with in this sector.
I bought in after the IPO, and still hold every share. The train tracks are laid on solid foundations for a destination unicorn village imo. We are betting on an advancing asset, in a tier one location to supply north america or Europe.
