Outside reversal to the upside today, confirming a "0 1 2 3" pattern on the daily chart.

This constitutes a "Buy" signal after a prolonged downtrend such as we have experienced.

The "0" count starts at the significant low of 51.5 cents, then 1 2 and 3 at subsequent HL's with HH's.

If the 0 1 2 3 pattern forms tight together in time, the strength of the move is often more significant (like a tightly wound spring, with sellers losing more and more control)

A change of trend should now be confirmed. If any of the HL's are broken (except for a minor false break), then the 0 1 2 3 count has to start again.

Volume is heavier today, which also contributes to the upside signal.

You can see this same pattern has formed on PLS recently, then price takes off (Sellers losing the battle).

Further assay news for WR1 of course could be the impetus for a rapid price move to the upside.
