You are right there are not many producing 6% are there, however the anchor price on the spot market is 6%, then there is a formula of something around a $6 reduction (don't quote me on the exact $ figure) for every .10 reduction in grade (i.e. 5.5% would fetch $30 less per per mt than 6%). The 5.5% quoted on the spot market is Chinese local spod, not AUS spod.
