Why do I say decisive? WR1 after breaking the hoodoo of 51.5c has made it to 90s level. But now for several days, its tormenting at the next play between 80 and 100. It doesn't know where to go.
.Upside, key for us is to get over 100. Downside, key for us is to hold this level, worst case 80. Which side will it go? We don't know. Lot of factors in play. Best to follow price action, for those looking for short-term trades.
