I don't want to labour the point because I know it's been mentioned on this forum previously, but unless someone has some new information that I haven't seen, there is zero chance WR1 produces anything in 2026. 2027 is also a pretty large stretch of the imagination (based on the last 5 - 10 years of permitting timelines in Canada).
Of course, there's always a scenario where Canada suddenly becomes a supportive permitting environment, but there's no evidence to suggest this is going to happen anytime soon.
