The thing to keep in mind is that IF Renard capability matches our requirements as expected and we take up the option, we immediately bring on board not an abandoned $50M asset, but a productive $800M asset.
As it stands, that valuation is already somewhat in play as we speak, giving CE and Simon a much improved position for discussions in Asia. I'd hazard a guess that they have had the invite for many, many months and have been waiting for this catalyst before taking up discussing offers and futures.
