I dont think so, i recall that part of the option agreement involved some due diligence over diamond specific equipment not being part of the deal. I could be wrong, but there will be a great deal of cost cuts compared to operating a diamond mine now that no UG tunnelling or equipment is required. There will also be less wear and tear on plant equipment after modification to process spodumene bearing peg, compared to kimberlite.
