I was thinking the same…..things will be different by then.
Also why LLI and not AZM, RIO or Comet? They are closer and can afford to pay higher tolling than LLI if it ever comes to a bid scenario.
Too early to tell, it’s all speculation for now. All i know is, we are setlet the others fight among themselves.
