Again you have no understanding. WR1 has its destiny in its own hands now with the Renard deal. It does not need to rely on anyone - certainly not PMET which really is a marketing company and part-time explorer.
If any board sanctioned the take over of PMET with its CV5 issues I would be very surprised that board would survive too long.
