The sort of deal I'd be happy with:
- 20% equity share (FD) at a premium, say $2.50 / share = 44m shares issued, 110m AUD cash for working capital
- 200m USD low-interest debt financing facility
in exchange for:
- half the offtake (say 160-180ktpa) with floor price of say 1100 USD/t
- and (in return for building conversion plant in Becancour) pressure on the federal and provincial govts to pay for majority of the road and get it built within say 2 years
