It's an attempt by PMET to pump their stock to stop the share price from plummeting further.
Lets see if they end up green.
I think the cat is out of the bag though that holders will have to wait more than 10 years for that company to be in profit and that there will be significant dilution from here to secure funding for the $1b+ CAPEX they need to get started.
And no doubt some are shocked that not only do they need to dam a lake to mine in it, but that they now need to build an underground mine in that lake.
It's all looking a bit absurd.
