The usual suspects in here were hyper ramping immediate news from the overseas trips, but this was never going to be the case IMO. Why would a partner sign over a significant sum of money when the DD is not complete and the option hasn’t been exercised.
Bigger players don’t take unnecessary risks like this (or at least they shouldn’t if they’re being prudent).
Still enormous questions about path to production including the impact on future opex due to trucking huge ore tonnages, but also the impact on efficiency when you try to reverse engineer a diamond plant to process spod.
I’m more interested in the exploration news which should hopefully not be far away, but we all know how slow time ticks in Canada (which is also why the hopium filled comments about time to production are also totally misplaced in my view).
