how cheap would a 1bn AUD price tag be though? There has to be something in it for the buyer who is assuming further costs, plus execution and market risks for the development.
Say 1bn AUD replacement cost for Renard, and maybe valuing Adina at 700m (i.e. LRS MC) = 1.7bn total, discounted by 40% = 1bn AUD
