The issue is that amount of ramping conducted in this forum when people found out CE was travelling overseas. Non-stop pump posts talking about some huge deal which was in the wings.
Conveniently ignoring the problem that the Renard option has not been exercised and no feasibility has been performed. Why would an insto sign themselves up to take on all of the risk? A prudent company will be sitting back and waiting to see what plays out and what the feasibility shows.
You now have all the usual anxiety in here because of the ridiculous expectations which were set.
