Yes, a very good day today, nearly 15% increase and a decent gain from 131 to 140 this week.

So why do I feel that the consolidation may have been done? First and foremost, with whatever happened on price action, 120 held. And held for weeks rather than days. Which says that there were not many to sell, below 120. The buyers may not have been there in a big way, but lack of sellers can be equally important sometimes. And it was important, as I feel it let us hold 120. We have now had play in this zone for nearly 5 weeks. The lower zone has held. Odds of going higher, rather than lower has increased.

Personally I am currently holding. Lot of people get angst if I mention the numbers on this forum, so I have decided it's not worth doing that on this thread. I do that on most of my other threads, anyone looking for cues can get an indication. Not sure if I will replace RAF for the weekend with my change of strategy, RAF may miffed of not being the centre of attention , so let's see.

So what may happen next week? Unless we get a news of our own, we are playing Li macro. And the sentiment is changing. Number of factors behind that - Biden policy, Canada darling, oversold Li stocks, but most importantly - Li sentiment. It's changing. It won't change in a day or week. I use ALB as an indicator. Anything above 128 is neutral. We need 150 to be positive. It made an attempt this week to get to 140, but was pushed back. But still above 128. If it loses 128, overall for my Li stocks I will have a think. But till then, there's hope. Odds are not bad. Many big players realising that, and taking position, I think. One number I would like to get over is 150. One number I would be playing for is between 170 and 180. Let's hope we get there. Enjoy your weekend and all the best.
