Keep in mind that any strategic will want an equity share, and that even a terrible project like FL/PAK was recently able to place a strategic (Mitsubishi) at 67% premium to SP, get them to agree to provide debt funding for phase 1, and retain 25% of offtake themselves. WR1 is in a much stronger position than FL.
