@Bill town
Economical? please show me why....
I based my calcs of 1.4% originally, in future we will get that. but for the heck of it, lets crunch the numbers with 1.1% grade:
previous;
We will adjust the section in red:
With the lithium content in the pegmatite reduced to 1.1%, approximately 7.27 tons of pegmatite would be required to produce 1 ton of spodumene concentrate with a 6% lithium content, considering the same recovery rate.
7.27t x CAD$62.088 = CAD$451.37
Or USD $ 330 AISC
2.2mtpa @ 1.1% grade and 75% recovery and 85% utilization = 257Ktpa SC6 equivalent
Here are the calculated EBITDA values in AUD for each sale price per ton of spodumene concentrate:
For 1100 USD per ton: AUD 296,979,375
For 1200 USD per ton: AUD 335,548,125
For 1300 USD per ton: AUD 374,116,875
For 1400 USD per ton: AUD 412,685,625
For 1500 USD per ton: AUD 451,254,375
PMT needs the grades to support their massive CAPEX and OPEX requirements. We can do just fine with 1.1%.
