@Naydoe whats you calculations on just transporting dso from adina to renard?
From what ive found cost per ton for 1km is about 11c aud in quebec for bulk commodities.
So For a annual operation of 2.2 mill tons of dso feed x 11c per 1km =$242,000
So for 80km distance would be $19,360,000
Or $8.8 per ton
Using your calculations on $1,300 per ton price with a total ebitda of $374,116,875 the cost of transporting the dso is about 5% for the year.
Transporting the dso seems to be the biggest down side to the renard option but keep in mind if we can save $200mill to $400mill in capex vs building a plant then the additional cost of transport will take 10 to 20 years to even out.
Perhaps running a fleet of electric trucks on hydro power may be more efficient in the future to move this much material.
Also going to need a large fleet of about 25 60ton b doubles running 4 trips a day.
Or even an electric hyrdo powered train would be interesting
These numbers are rough if anyone has better lets hear it cheers
