Your sp will be more than halved once PMT dares to release their feasiblity studies.
Go that a look at SYA's transporting costs which will kill your under lake submerged Corvette project before it even starts
It would be wise to delay PMT feasility studies - in fact not ever release it and just keep drilling for the next 10 years
