Factually, it is down dip into the thickest part of their interpretation of the mineralised zone - right next to an existing hole.
That's called a 'Director's special' in the business Mark.
It's not drilled for any other purpose but to present some deceptively attractive numbers for an announcement.
It's understandable that they want to do that given the share price is around all-time lows, but generally the practice is considered distasteful.
It's pretty disrespectful to holders who were just diluted so that PMET could raise funds that they would then waste on drilling a Director's special.
