Hello. Now I guess what you do not know about Flow Through Shares is WR1 has a related liability on its balance sheet:
Flow-Through Shares
The Company may issue Flow Through Shares to fund a portion of its capital expenditure program.
Pursuant to the terms of the Flow Through Share agreements, the tax deductions associated with
the expenditures are renounced to the subscribers. The difference between the value ascribed to
Flow Through Shares issued and the value which would have been received for shares with no tax
attributes is initially recognised as a liability. When the expenditures are incurred, the liability is
drawn down.
