You could argue WR1/AZM are the tip of that iceberg (midland have iceberg with RIO Jv) LLI has some great intercepts, and Brunswicks latest (not in greenland) 20k north of Adina will not be isolated.
Beyond that you have PMT sitting 100-300m north of the Mistissini border dealing with the Chisasibi Cree.
As a functional play, RIO streamlines production with Renard and can build 250mt across numerous mistissini deposits, beginning with Wr1/Azm and an initial 2.1klm strike that would be near 130mt.
PMT may have 130-150mt for the MRE update that will include 4.7klm strike at cv5. But permitting that lake is a hard process and not guaranteed. It will effect Lac De Corvette which is mistissini, 300m south of the mistissin/chisasibi border.
Today PMT announced Cv13 is not on Mistisini lands, but id argue from their own images that a pit will cross into Mistisini lands thereby complicating potential negotiations, not something RIO/PLS would not want to worry about, or any offtake partner before committing funds.
The relations Mistisini Cree had/have with Stornoway, and Adina being on same lands can not be anymore positive for Wr1 compared to PMT. One indigenous group compared to potentially three.
We then have issue of logistics. Irrelevant of opinions publicly made, every play in that sector wants the 167 extension. It's reduces cost of haulage, social implications for traffic for all explorers. PmT will eventually publicly declare this, they can't wait 10years plus for stage 2 of the La Grande Alliance to be completed from Matagami to Rupert's??? (Forgot, got flu) presently its 570klm to Matagami station by truck, then 800klm rail.
for all the lols I can provide, pmt just built 21klm haulage road for 23mil, if they go south past renard they knock 500klm of the journey and avoid socail/traffics, and eventually truck a lesser distance than from Corvette to Rupert's??
