Particularly as he starts by suggesting that a 'skewed version' of things is being presented here, before blundering on to make a number of obvious errors of fact in his opening remarks.
I couldn't care less if the road was built from Adina to the TT by 2030, and let's face it, that will give PMET a healthy five-year margin until they need it.
The road between Adina and Renard will be built soon - the preliminaries are already underway and Winsome expects to hear back about funding for the road via Escan (sought via the SIF process, not via the Alliance process) very soon...
All systems are go at Winsome, hence the PMET fun and games...
