I do think everyone hopes and wants for this project to move along as quickly as possible. I agree that Chris Evans' comments were intentional. It's certainly a good idea to not rub government officials or the Cree the wrong way and make it look like they are cutting corners in haste, and being smug about it to boot. That does not go over well, and will be sure to backfire. A still very big unknown is the projected timelines on the build-out of processing plants. For the record, I think Winsome is doing a tremendous job, plus had a stellar stroke of good luck in Renard!
