You need to actually use some critical thinking here.
Wr1 last raise at 85c issued circa 25mil new shares which is roughly 10% of the company's SOI for a pitiance of $22mil dollars.
One of the worst deals and diluted the company greatly , far more than any strategics would be up for at such low valuation. With management willing to dilute to raise at basement valuation theres no incentives for strategics to pay up is there?
So other than pure dumb luck stumbling on Adina and defunct Renard what has wr1 delivered?
