if he wants to own but has not bought yet, he writes negatively hoping to influence retail to sell.
when he buys, kevy becomes the ultimate pumper. Its text book kevy.
you can take it any which way you want, but the fact that kevy is consistently here shows he wants to buy again. He knows its the best play lith play anywhere atm.
