Tomorrow I'll post about how Stornoway got ample support from Quebec govt to build the original extension to Renard, and how the same Cree contractor Winsome are working with built it under budget and ahead of time.
This may sound wild but the Quebec govt likes tax revenue and genuinely wants to do good things for First Nations communities. Crazy I know.
