WR1 was trading at $1.39 on May 21st before it tanked when insiders getting wind of the 85c CR to come which was only announced June 13th which is 3 weeks from May 21st.
WR1 was bucking the OVERALL Li sentiment at the time which was DOWN just look at Alb and other charts, they were trending down and never looked back.
