All IMO - We would not accept a lowball takeover for having a fast forward pass on Capex, and approvals, come finance, in a true EV aligned development jurisdiction that has the stability of western north american soils.

Takeover would need to put a price on "approvals + longevity" without the earth disappearing beneath your feet as it could in greater Asia.

Its not where you're retail fear prices you in the short term, its where the industrial need takes you.

A price, for that vertical OEM supply chain, does not want to be exposed to fatal flaws. And will need to pay a premium for it. And has nothing to do with the starting value. It is a dollar destination. Not a percent gains per peers who were trading at higher mcs.

The real value, is longevity and security. = $$$, not % on peer transactions from higher starting points.
