Well one way to see if management are in fact trying to offload this or develop it would be if any director plans to move permanently to Quebec?
Havent seen any at this stage and the frigid quebec cold and isolation vs sunny WA would be a big negative. Dont see anyone wanting to move to quebec tbh
They are probably trying to offload this imo but the strategy has been terrible with sp capitulation.
Even a 60% premium now is worth nothing imo
