Additionally- who has been accumulating in the staircase lower ? Those adding to long positions? Or are they new holders ?
A combination? A minority may accept a sugar rush low ball offer. But that leaves the rest of the passengers on this train who have never adjusted their seat belts , and those who added to their long position .
For that small amount of new holders - how many would take a small sugar rush - and how many are those who wished they could have gotten set earlier at IPO?
560m is the benchmark for 78mt in the counter cycle .
