Yes they are halted and rampers here talk as if its still being built. Most if not all are halted. Ford and GM EV sales have tanked and demand simply is not there in the Western markets because they make crap cars.
Unbelievable how much these baggies are down and trying everything to try and ramp their way out of it. A $6m raise by some small korean outfit is being talked as if it was something worthy of news.
